In their own words

I have been lucky enough to work on a variety of projects with Harp over almost five years and I can safely say that they are among the best suppliers I've worked with in the last couple of decades. Time works against us all and as such one of the things I value above all in the projects I engage in is honesty and transparency. I want to use my time wisely and sometimes that means not getting the hard sell on the latest and greatest thing every time. This is where I have found a value in Harp that I have found very rarely elsewhere.

In the last five years I have worked closely with Ryan and he has never once brought me a solution that wasn't to our requirements. He's proactive and diligent in his research and will offer suggestions even if they are to his own detriment, if it means that you as the customer get the best outcome.

For an upcoming project we were looking at replacing our media walls. Based on the working patterns for the rooms in question Ryan was forthcoming with exactly what we asked for but also as an aside suggested that for one of the rooms, the room utilisation might not justify the cost of it, had we considered a projector in that room instead?

Not only that but then Ryan helped organise a trip to a provider site for demonstrations for myself and several staff within the business. He also headed off a lot of the hard sales tactics by said provider by engaging them entirely while we were able to experiment with the kit. The outcome of this is that we will be going ahead with one media wall and one projector getting the best use from our space and a saving on the original estimate.

Harp could easily have just given us exactly what we asked for and were happy to do so – but their customer focus is just built differently. They take the time to get to know their customers and their sites and it affords them these moments where they have an opportunity to make a quick sale or talk someone into spending less because it's the right thing for the business based on their need at the time.

I value Harp's staff and services very highly and in turn I feel valued as a customer.
